VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP: extends Managing Board appointments (English)
The Supervisory Board of Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe has renewed the Managing Board contracts of Peter Hagen, Franz Kosyna, Martin Simhandl, Franz Fuchs and Peter Höfinger for a further five years.
Their terms of office will run from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2018. Peter Hagen has been reappointed Chairman of the Managing Board.
The composition of the Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe Managing Board remains as follows:
Peter Hagen, Chairman of the Managing Board, CEO
Franz Kosyna, Deputy General Manager, Member of the Managing Board
Martin Simhandl, CFO, Member of the Managing Board
Franz Fuchs, Member of the Managing Board
Peter Höfinger, Member of the Managing Board
The Supervisory Board has also appointed the Deputy Members of the Managing Board – Judit Havasi, Martin Diviš and Roland Gröll – for five additional years.
